The breakfast was above average and large. the hotel was quirky and spotlessly clean. - Got a villa with a bed for kids upon arrival, liked that. - A safe, a mini bar, and an electronic key card were good. - the location was unbeatable; close enough to walk into the city center.

Very rich choice for breakfast. Very spacious rooms.
At arrival we noticed a sign at the counter that you could play only in cash. But Booked.net mentions that credit cards are accepted. On check- out, I insisted to pay with my credit card. It took a while (even the guy from the bank had to pass to make their little machine work) but I finally succeeded. As in many places (and in fact incorrect) they charged 3% extra fee for payment with credit card.

Stunningly beautiful and nice hotel, we enjoyed this place.
The rooms were clean with bed for kids, everything was great. Its location in Hoi An was stunning, close enough to all the 'action'and attractions of Hoi An and the airport of train station.

Quietness of the area Swimming Pool
Unfriendly Staff, trying to sell me a tailored suit as I was checking in. Dishonest about price, "Superior room" was not as advertised on website, noisy staff arguing at 5am in the corridor woke me up. .

We had a really really nice stay during a visit to Hoi An.
The rooms were new-fashioned and generous-sized, had a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet in the bathroom. Enjoyed the location to the local shops & market. Tried some takeout specials at The Noodle House, luckily it was relatively close to the venue.

During my stay at a riverside resort, I had the pleasure of enjoying a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The stunning view of the river, particularly from the breakfast area, was truly a highlight. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the resort's location allowed me to be in the heart of the action while still enjoying some tranquility.

The location was very conveniant and nice with a good view on the river and a lovely swimming pool.
The staff at the reception was not at all helpfull. Only interested in recommending a shop. The internet connection didn't work at all from the rooms and from the reception only from time to time very badly. So, forget about "free WiFi".

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, very close to the city and with views to the river. The facilities were very nice, and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel has a small road in the back and one of the sides. Motorbikes drive very close and the sound becomes intrusive. Breakfast could be better.

Good location to look around Old City. And very quiet in night time (not day time) And some staffs are good English speakers.
Breakfast is not good and the open-air restarurant is not good for buffet style because of many flies on the meals.

The breakfast had a good choice of coffee, tea, fresh bread, fruit, and bacon. the hotel's location was very central, alongside a bridge into the centre. - the pool was lovely and I had soft drinks in the pool bar. - the parking was onsite. Overall, my stay at Pho Hoi Riverside Resort in Hoi An was enjoyable thanks to the delicious breakfast selection, great central location, refreshing pool, and convenient onsite parking.

The hotel is perfecty located, just cross the bridge and enter the old town. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Also a vegetable and herbs garden. On your balcony you have a great view on the river. Quit place.
The temperature of the swimming pool was more dan 35 degrees and had a strange colour.
